test: fix mypy errors in IE-exclude test 
- annotate monkeypatch fixture as pytest.MonkeyPatch
- import invest_engine parser module directly instead of via imap_mod.ie_parser
  (mypy's strict "no implicit re-export" rule trips on the indirection)
