Viktor Barzin	a748a63e00	move claude-memory MCP server to ~/.claude for global access ... Previously lived in ~/code/claude-memory-mcp/src/, which was only accessible from sessions in ~/code/. Now at ~/.claude/claude-memory/ so all Claude sessions can use it regardless of working directory.	2026-03-18 22:29:00 +00:00
