Remove marketplaces from dotfiles
...
Marketplaces contain external_plugins directory which conflicts with
chezmoi's external_ prefix. These are git repos that can be reinstalled
from known_marketplaces.json sources anyway.
Kept:
- known_marketplaces.json (marketplace sources)
- installed_plugins.json (template)
- cache/claude-plugins-official (actual plugin files)
