[infra] Update RPi Sofia DNS: 192.168.1.16 → 192.168.1.10

RPi now uses USB Ethernet (eth1) as primary uplink at .10 instead of
the old wlan1 address at .16. Camera namespace and DNAT updated to
use eth1 with systemd persistence.
