novelapp: migrate NEXTAUTH env vars to Auth.js v5 (AUTH_*)

Replace NEXTAUTH_URL/NEXTAUTH_SECRET with AUTH_URL/AUTH_SECRET and add
AUTH_TRUST_HOST=true for Auth.js v5 compatibility.
