proxmox-csi/node: bump memory request 64Mi → 1Gi (LUKS unlock reservation)
The CSI node plugin's LUKS2 Argon2id key derivation peaks at ~1 GiB during unlock (memory id=712 + already-documented in the limits=1280Mi). Request was 64 MiB — meaning the unlock burst ran "best-effort", first in line for OOM under node pressure. krr 2026-05-22 flagged this as a top under-request. Bumping request matches the documented requirement. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
