nfs_directories: add drone-logbook sync-logs + backup dirs

Drop folder for the new drone-logbook stack's auto-import (SYNC_LOGS_PATH)
and its daily backup target. Both created on 192.168.1.127 (root:www-data,
2777 — root-squash-writable like vaultwarden-backup).
