fire-planner: update recompute CronJob comment to reflect lazy refresh
As of fire-planner@4da58fe the account_snapshot cache is refreshed lazily on each /networth, /networth/history, /progress request when older than NETWORTH_CACHE_TTL_DAYS (default 1). The recompute CronJob runs Monte Carlo only — no longer assumed to coordinate with the wealthfolio-sync schedule. [ci skip]
