Viktor Barzin	c4db6a9fdb	[ci skip] Fix poison fetcher: use HTTP/1.1 for upstream (HTTP/2 hangs) ... The Poison Fountain upstream (rnsaffn.com/poison2/) doesn't respond properly over HTTP/2.
