Forgejo→Woodpecker webhooks were timing out on first request after pod restart. The default 5s deadline is too tight for the cold Cloudflare-tunnel TLS handshake (observed 6-8s). 30s comfortably covers retries. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
