Recovered the real manifest + resolved lockfile (lockfileVersion 3, 71 pkgs) from the running pod. A parent .gitignore force-ignored package.json, so the git source tree was incomplete and the image only ever built manually. Now reproducible on GHA (ADR-0002 no-local-builds).
