Viktor Barzin 3cd560d4d9 fix: bank sync alerts - remove {{ $labels.job }} that Helm provider silently drops [ci skip] ... The Terraform Helm provider's YAML diff comparison silently ignores rules containing {{ $labels.job }} in annotations, preventing the alerts from being applied.
