recruiter-responder ExternalSecret gains GPT_MINI_ENDPOINT/_API_KEY/_MODEL (NIM-served qwen3-coder-480b — gpt-5.4-mini in OpenClaw is OAuth-only and not HTTP-accessible to external services).
