Viktor Barzin 7bb9ec2934 Add agent task tracking documentation 
Documents the centralized Beads/Dolt task tracking system used by all
Claude Code sessions. Covers architecture, session lifecycle, settings
hierarchy, known issues, and E2E test verification.
