Companion to forgejo-registry-breakglass.md but for the more common case: the Forgejo registry is healthy as a whole, but one image's manifest/blob references are broken (orphan child, half-pushed upload, retention-vs-pull race). The RegistryManifestIntegrityFailure alert annotation already points here. Mirrors registry-rebuild-image.md (the registry-private equivalent) in structure: confirm via probe + curl, delete broken version through Forgejo API, rebuild via Woodpecker manual run, force consumers to re-pull, verify integrity recovery.
