Viktor Barzin a4eafafe49 [monitoring] Add GPUNodeUnschedulable alert — fires when GPU node is cordoned ... After k8s-node1 was silently cordoned and broke Frigate camera streams, existing alerts (NvidiaExporterDown, PodUnschedulable) didn't catch the root cause proactively.
