Viktor Barzin b326c572a6 [forgejo] Probe /api/healthz for external monitor ... Forgejo's /api/healthz verifies cache + DB and returns 503 when degraded, where / returns 200 even with a broken backend. Prevents recurrence of the false-negative from the 2026-04-17 outage.
