Viktor asked to make 'vault login -method=oidc' work seamlessly on devvm: today any OIDC login clobbers the permanent periodic token in ~/.vault-token, the drift guard only logs the drift, and his access effectively expires weekly. Approved design: the nightly renewer re-mints the periodic token from any admin-capable clobber (weak clobbers keep failing loudly) and revokes stale periodic tokens after each heal.
