2e50c1235c chrome-service: grant emo shared browser access (noVNC + homelab browser CLI)

Viktor asked to give emo access to the cluster's headed Chrome so he can fill
in forms and get past anti-bot / captcha pages. emo was deliberately locked
out of chrome-service (noVNC Authentik allowlist was Viktor-only + his
power-user RBAC has no pods/portforward). Viktor's explicit decision: SHARE
his existing browser rather than stand up an isolated per-user instance,
accepting that emo can therefore reach Viktor's warmed logged-in sessions
(CDP has no per-context auth, so the single shared persistent profile is
reachable by anyone who can drive the browser). emo's CLI use is hands-off
(his agent can run it unattended).

- authentik: add emo (emil.barzin / emil.barzin@gmail.com) to CHROME_ALLOWED
  so the admin-services-restriction policy admits him to chrome.viktorbarzin.me
  (noVNC). Reverses the prior Viktor-only lock; comment updated to record why.
- chrome-service/rbac.tf (new): emo-browser ServiceAccount + long-lived token
  (dashboard-sa.tf pattern), a chrome-service-portforward Role granting
  pods/portforward, and a cluster read-only binding (oidc-power-user-readonly)
  so the SA can resolve the Service and emo's normal read access doesn't regress.
- t3-provision-users.sh: install_browser_kubeconfig installs a dual-context
  kubeconfig for any user with a <user>-browser SA — SA token as the default
  context (non-interactive, works headless), personal OIDC retained as the
  oidc@homelab named context. emo's OIDC-only kubeconfig can't authenticate the
  headless agent session that homelab browser needs.
- docs/architecture/chrome-service.md: document the shared-browser multi-user
  access model, the session-exposure trade-off, and how to grant/revoke a user.

98cd535b97 authentik: lock chrome.viktorbarzin.me noVNC to Viktor only

The chrome-service noVNC exposes Viktor's live logged-in browser sessions
(Instagram etc. — he'll sign in there for homelab browser to reuse). It was
auth="required" = any authenticated user, and "Home Server Admins" includes emo
(emil.barzin@gmail.com), so the admin group is not a sufficient gate. Add a
host-specific case to the domain-wide forward-auth restriction allowing only
Viktor's accounts (vbarzin@gmail.com + akadmin break-glass); everyone else,
incl. emo, is denied at the noVNC. emo's AGENT already can't reach the browser
(read-only RBAC blocks port-forward); this closes the human noVNC path.

3278588325 chore(authentik): tear down obsolete tripit-enrollment (ADR-0020 superseded by ADR-0028)

ci/woodpecker/push/default Pipeline was successful
TripIt external users are now LOCAL TripIt accounts (ADR-0028 native passkey + Authentik OIDC), so the Authentik-side self-enrollment machinery is dead. Removes the tripit-enrollment + tripit-recovery flows and all their stages/prompts/policies/bindings, the tripit-email-stages blueprint (+yaml), and the 'TripIt External' group; reverts the admin-services-restriction fence branch that contained those users (its sole member, the leftover tripit-demo@ test account, was deleted first, so the revert affects zero live principals). Real external collaborators (type=external) are untouched. tg plan: 0 add, 1 change (the policy expression), 20 destroy (all tripit_*). Closes tripit#97; moots the B2 per-app OIDC fences.

cbca281aaa feat(authentik): TripIt external self-signup group + forward-auth fence (ADR-0020)
Viktor wants people outside the homelab to self-register to TripIt with email + a passkey (no password), kept separate from the rest of the homelab. Adds the empty, parentless 'TripIt External' Authentik group and a first-position branch in the catch-all policy that admits those users to tripit.viktorbarzin.me only and denies every other forward-auth host. Inert on apply (group empty => matches no existing user => no lockout). An adversarial review found the fence is forward-auth-only, so the runbook records the OIDC-app containment audit (every sensitive app already requires a trusted group External users won't hold), the Vault->Allow Login Users binding that closes the one open OIDC app, the SMTP prerequisite for email verification, and the before/after access-matrix verification. Flows/SMTP/Vault binding are UI steps per the runbook; the push that applies the catch-all edit must be human-watched (CI auto-applies the authentik stack).

fd0f4a0365 fix: restore tree dropped by 6d224861; land stem95su gdrive-sync (10m) [ci skip]
6d224861 came from a --no-checkout worktree whose empty index made the
commit drop every file except two. This restores 05b50d2b's full tree and
correctly adds stacks/stem95su/gdrive-sync.tf + the service-catalog stem95su
entry. Forward-only (parent=6d224861, no force-push); [ci skip] since the
live infra was never applied from the broken commit.

6d224861c4 stem95su: scheduled Drive->site sync CronJob (every 10m)
CronJob stem95su-gdrive-sync (*/10) mounts the content PVC RW and
rclone-syncs the read-only Drive folder "claude" (stem claude/files) onto
it (rclone/rclone:1.74.3, scope=drive.readonly, empty-source guard +
--max-delete 25). ESO ExternalSecret stem95su-rclone <- Vault
secret/stem95su. Requires the GCP OAuth app published to Production or the
refresh token expires ~weekly.

Lands the gdrive-sync stack on master (it had landed on a feature branch
by accident on the shared devvm checkout).

5c378dd5e3 workstation: gate t3.viktorbarzin.me to the T3 Users group (Phase 4)

New authentik_group 'T3 Users' (members wizard/emo/ancamilea via data lookups — usernames ARE their emails in this Authentik instance) + a branch in the admin-services-restriction expression policy gating t3.viktorbarzin.me to that group, placed BEFORE the ADMIN_ONLY_HOSTS early-return. Surgical two-step targeted apply (group-with-members first, then the gate) → zero lock-out window. Verified: group has all 3 members, the live policy contains the t3 branch, t3 still 302s to Authentik. Membership is HCL for now (FUTURE: roster-reconciled via the Authentik API).

Note: the authentik stack had 3 unrelated pending drift changes (pgbouncer deployment + 2 tls_secrets) — deliberately NOT applied (targeted apply isolated this change; left for the stack owner).

e4c3fbbbbb feat(authentik): adopt admin-services-restriction policy; admit kubernetes-* groups to k8s dashboard
Namespace-owners (e.g. gheorghe) were blocked at forward-auth — k8s.viktorbarzin.me
was Home-Server-Admins-only. Carve-out: the dashboard host now also admits
kubernetes-admins/power-users/namespace-owners so they can reach the login page;
per-namespace access is still enforced by the pasted SA token (dashboard-sa.tf).
All other admin-only hosts unchanged. Policy adopted from UI into TF via import.
